Domenic DeSisto: OWNER, M.S, CSCS
Meet the Owner: Domenic established Sheer Dominance Strength and Performance Fitness Center in 2019. His gym is located in Salem, New Hampshire. Dominic is a graduate of Merrimack College, with a Bachelors Degree in Sports Medicine and a Masters of Exercise Science. Domenic has been serving his community with his knowledge in fitness for several years. “I had a lot of mentors growing up in the fitness industry. I was able to take something different away from each experience I was presented. With the accumulated skill set I have, I am beyond eager and ready to give back to the community for everything strength and conditioning has done fore me in my life.” Domenic is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is recognized as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Dominic’s skill sets include dynamic stretching and warm-ups. Corrective exercise, weight management, athletic performance, rehabilitation and nutritional guidance are some of his other specialties that he educates his clients on. From working with individuals one-on-one, to team settings, he is confident in being able to train anyone who walks through his doors. “Hard work guarantees you nothing, but without it, you do not stand a chance. I want to put individuals in the best position possible for them to achieve their goals, which is why I initially began this line of work.”
Connor Roche: TRAINER, CPT, CES
Connor is a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from Southern, New Hampshire. He has been in the fitness industry for over three years and has worked to build a rapport across all of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. This opportunity has allowed him to meet and train countless individuals and develop strong relationships with his peers. His commitment to betting the health of his clients is taken rather seriously and with great pride. As a specialist, he designs programs based on the client’s needs, while making each session an informative and fun experience! He is very passionate about his mission to reduce and relieve chronic pain. Specifically inherited by postural misalignments, muscular imbalances, injuries and improper body mechanics that almost everyone has or will experience at some point in their life.
He has his own approach to fitness by actively hiking, climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, body building, obstacle course racing and meditating. He believes a body in motion, stays in motion, so his spare time is always spent on the move or in a state of thought and focus. When working with Connor, not only are you signing up for a personalized training program, but for a well-rounded coach that will dedicate himself to helping you get to where you want to be the most.
