With a Bachelors in Sports Medicine and Masters in Exercise Science, Domenic was thrilled to take his experience to the community by opening Sheer Dominance Strength and Performance in 2020. Certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Domenic is recognized as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

“I had a lot of mentors growing up in the fitness industry, and I was able to take something different away from each experience I was presented with. With the accumulated skill set I have, I am beyond eager and ready to give back to the community for everything strength and conditioning has provided in my life”.

Skill sets such as dynamic stretching and warm-ups, corrective exercise, weight management, athletic performance, rehabilitation, and nutritional guidance, are just a few of the specialties Domenic educates his clients on. From working with individuals one-on-one, to team settings, he is confident in being able to train anyone who walks through his doors.

Connor is a Corrective Exercise Specialist(CES) and Certified Personal Trainer(CPT) who has built a rapport all across Southern, NH and Northern, MA. His commitment to bettering the health of his clients is taken with great pride as he works to develop strong relationships. As a specialist, Connor designs programs based on individual needs, while ensuring each session is an informative and fun experience! Connor is passionate about his mission to reduce and relieve chronic pain, specifically inherited by postural misalignments, muscular imbalances, injuries, and improper body mechanics that almost everyone has and will experience at some point in their life.

Connor’s approach to fitness is by actively hiking, climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, bodybuilding, obstacle course racing, and meditating. He believes a body in motion, stays in motion, so his spare time is always spent on the move or in a state of thought and focus. When working with Connor, not only are you signing up for a personalized training program, but for a well-rounded coach that dedicates himself to help take you to where you want to be on your fitness journey.
