Establish a Routine

When trying to build any healthy habit, the first step is establishing a routine. Once you work the time to work out into your daily schedule, it’s so much easier to stick with it. If you go to a gym to exercise, you can make that trip a part of your routine. If you’re a morning person, get to the gym before you go to work. Not a morning person? Stop at the gym before you go home. Make it a stop in your commute that you make regularly.


Socializing and Accountability

Part of sticking to a workout routine is having accountability. When there are other people who you see every time you go to the gym, there is a sense of camaraderie that you feel with them. Even if you don’t speak to them or spend time with them outside of the gym, it’s still nice to know that you have a group of people who are all working towards the same goal.
